SEPT 2021
  • Helped evaluate the redesigned V2 version of the Bellwether roasting experience in the Bellwether roaster based on UX heuristics
  • Co-led planning of usability testing for the Bellwether roaster
OCT 2021
  • Ran usability testing study on the V2 version of the Bellwether roasting experience
  • Synthesized research to bring to leadership and product team to inform continued product updates
  • Worked on updating the visual designs based on user research

Usability Testing
Impact: The usability testing that I led through planning, moderating and synthesis was key in uncovering opportunity areas to improve overall usability and reduce user time to roast, helping generate significant revenue as a part of the roaster experience redesign.
Design Concepts
Impact: Through improved UX and visual design as well as by incorporating user research findings, I helped reduce time to roast for customers, improved customer satisfaction, and helped increase revenue for the business. The design improvements helped to bring clarity and reduce complexity and confusion in the roasting experience for Bellwether customers.
